The SMS based interactivity services will help incorporate audience views in the DawnNews
Transmission.

User views can be sent by text message using a pre-specified message format, which will
automatically add the messages to a database. This database can be accessed by DawnNews
teams, and messages can either be read on air as a question to guests, or can be used
in-house for feedback purposes.

All messages for DawnNews must have DNTV as the first 3 letters, and sent to 6622.
